2] Quiet Hours: Please maintain quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect our neighbors.
3] No Smoking inside the house: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. You may smoke in designated outdoor areas only.
4] No Parties or Events: Parties or large gatherings are not allowed without prior approval.
5] Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors.
6] Antique Care: If any antique items are damaged or broken, guests are responsible for covering the repair or replacement costs.
7] Pool Use: Use the pool at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Please supervise children at all times.
8] Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 2 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Please inform us if you need flexibility.
9] Cleanliness: Please keep the villa clean and tidy. Report any damages or issues immediately.
10] Safety: Lock doors and windows when you leave the property. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
11] Payment for Damages: Guests will be charged for any damages, especially to antique items.

Any cash transactions with the caretaker or housekeeping are at your own risk.
If you require a cook, please book through us—we will recommend reliable options.
Outside staff or staff cooking is not allowed without our knowledge.
