A refundable security deposit of ₹5000 will be collected at check-in and refunded at check-out after inspection.
As this is a heritage Goan structure, smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited. You may use outdoor spaces if needed.No illegal substance use.If caught will be asked to checkout with out refund.
To respect our neighbourhood and other guests, no loud music/loud noise outdoors after 10:00 PM .
Only guests mentioned in the booking are permitted to stay overnight.
Please handle furniture, décor, and appliances with care, and maintain cleanliness during your stay.
Daily cleaning is done once a day, kindly coordinate with the caretaker for your preferred timing.
Linen will be changed every 2–3 days.
Cook services are available on request (additional charges apply).
The management will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Pets are welcome, but any damages caused will be the owner’s responsibility.
